Tree Surveys

If you or your client owns land with trees on or adjacent to it, you may desire a tree survey. This may be a bespoke survey for specific reasons such as planning purposes, subsidence resolution, meeting mortgage and insurance requirements and NHBC foundation compliance or a general multi-purpose survey that plots and identifies the species for your own information.

All trees over a given girth size are plotted using our mapping software as well as having a tree survey plan and schedule produced. These provide all the details required for that specific use.

Tree surgery is very costly and often harms trees and, if requested as part of the remit, will only be recommended if it is deemed essential.
