Why Use an Arboriculturist?
Arboricultural advice and reports are invaluable to property professionals and owners who are trying to gain a planning consent and in maximising use of a site in a way acceptable to a planning authority (often referred to as BS 5837 reports) or in addressing whether trees are damaging a property or satisfy mortgage lenders and insurances companies that a property is free of or can be rendered free of potential damage from trees or to identify whether trees are safe. An arboriculturist will, therefore, produce surveys and reports for planning, subsidence, insurance & mortgage, trees & buildings and landscaping purposes.
